Best chip truck I've ever been too. Big portions, real cheese, golden fries and the crispiest piece of fried fish I've ever had. The bacon cheeseburger is the size of your face. You can tell that the new owners are passionate about the taste and quality of the food. Not to mention that the owners are awesome! All in all, I would recommend it to everyone passing through the area. This was the perfect start to sunny day road trips with the family

Our Story
HANK’S ON THE RUN
Hank’s On The Run is a spin-off of Hank’s Fries which has been located in Smiths Falls for 17 years. We have operated both units since 2020 and have since handed off the management of Hank’s Fries to friends in 2023 and retained Hank’s On The Run.
Although our menus are quite different both locations strive to put out food that amazes patrons that is in fact a food truck. Because we were quite new to the circuit of fairs and festivals we developed a new menu with the recipes from a top chef in Smiths Falls which allows some distinction.
We have had rave reviews from all fairs we attended including; The International plowing match, Lombardy Agricultural Fair, Merrickville Agricultural Fair, South Mountain Agricultural Fair, Spencerville Agricultural
Fair, Perth Agricultural Fair, Richmond Agricultural Fair and our finale for 2023 was the Black Creek Rodeo events at Lombardy Ontario.
